Anchorage's snowiest winter ever! 2011-2012

On April 7th, 2011-2012 became the snowiest winter on record, 

with a record breaking 134.5 inches of snow!

Dad and the boys managed to keep the driveway clear without a snow blower....hard work!

ASC Regional Competition in Spokane, April 2012

My chorus, Alaska Sound Celebration, competed in the regional competition in Spokane on April 28th 2012. We had a wonderful time and won first place, which means ASC will be able to compete in the 2013 world competition in Hawaii!

Rory's band trip to Anaheim, April 2012

Dad and Rory went to Ananheim, California in April 2012 with Rory's band.

 The Goldenview band were competing in the Disney world heritage music festival.

They had great fun and even won a medal!

Alyeska

We had a few lovely days skiing and snowboarding at Alyeska this year. 

Ian decided to give snowboarding a try this year!

Melodrama -the Vikings are in town! February 2012

This years Melodrama was "Alyeska Jones and the Viking Crypt". Great fun was had by the audience and us.....let the popcorn throwing begin!
