We get the most amazing sunsets here. Here are a few from this week-just spectacular.

Morning walks

It is much darker in the morning now...here we are walking as the sun is starting to rise.

My birthday

We had a lovely meal out on my birthday...another year already?

The night before, Anna -Maria threw a party for myself & Steve...good fun!

Climbing Flat Top

Rory and I decided to climb flat top before the snow came...it was a lovely hike and the views of Anchorage were amazing.

The snow is here!

The snow has arrived and we have had over 12 inches already...more than we've seen since we've lived here. Hope that doesn't mean we're in for a harsh winter.

Alaska Sound Celebration

I am a member of Alaska Sound Celebration which is an acapella chorus. This year we made it to the International competition, and had to travel to Houston in October.

We had a great time and finished 22nd out of 35 choruses from all over the world...not bad for a small chorus from Alaska.
