Andrew's 14th Birthday

Andrew had lots of fun on his 14th birthday. He slept in (as most teenagers do) and then got up to open his presents and cards.We then went out for lunch ...

In the afternoon, some of his friends came round and they played airsoft and had pizza & cake...

Baseball-Opening Day

Baseball season has arrived again...
Here are all the teams lining up for the opening ceremony.
Andrew will play on The Reds and Rory will play on The Cardinals.

Math Derby

Rory was in the School Math Derby, they got 2nd place !

Rory's 6th Grade Play

Rory's class put on "The Spell of Sleeping Beauty".
Rory played the King...they all did a great job.

Andrew's Last Day of Middle School

Andrew had a school party on his last day of school...here he is with a group of his friends.
He will start High School in August!

Rory's 6th Grade Camp

Rory and his friends decided to get a buzz cut for camp...the teacher gave them extra cabin points for their new cuts. Here's Rory before & after...

Here's 6th grade..

The camp was at Camp Victory, which is 1.5 hours drive from Anchorage.

Every morning, the kids had to line up in their cabins- Rory was in Aspen A.

It even started to snow!

Bald Eagle

We see bald eagles a lot in Alaska...they are magnificent birds and are seen everywhere- even downtown!

Royal Wedding....Alaska Style!

On April 29th, we all met at Lisa's house and watched the Royal Wedding. It was lovely and we enjoyed tiaras and bubbly!

Last day of school

Suddenly it is the last day of school-where did this year go? Rory is going to Middle School this year, and Andrew to High School (yikes!).
