Boys start school !

Andrew started Grade 7 at Goldenview Middle School.
He enjoyed his first day and was happy with his teachers.

First impressions ...

Our first impression of Anchorage was good -much more picturesque than we imagined.
The city has beautiful mountains to the East and the sea to the West. This is the view from the neighbourhood that we hope to live in. Already there is snow on the mountains.

This is the view just 10 minutes South of Anchorage..

Fishing is very popular here as you can see from the photo-

the river was full of fish !
